I'd like to limit non-alias servers (but not other) created by users. In "Account Plans" I've set:
- Limit on number of virtual servers: Unlimited
- Limit on number of alias servers: Unlimited
- Limit on number of non-alias servers: 2

Thanks, that's a bug - I will fix it in in Virtualmin 3.78.
The work-around is to not show the "Quotas and limits" section on the virtual server creation page at all, in which case the limits from the plan will always be used. This can be configured at System Settings -> Module Config -> User interface settings -> Allow editing of limits when creating server? (select "No").

If somebody likes to allow editing of limits when creating server then work-around is: after creating server edit System Settings -> Account Plans -> choose plan -> Save and apply (even without any change), so it will set proper limits.

Yes, that would work too.. although it will override any per-domain limits.
