Create method to convert from writelogs to standard logfiles in /var/log/virtualmin [#13611]

Regarding our recent conversation -- it'd be wonderful to see a way to convert from the existing writelogs program, to using standard logfiles in /var/log/virtualmin/.

I think this would make quite a few oldschool Virtualmin users, myself included, quite thrilled! :-)

It sounds like this involves moving the logs, updating the symlinks, as well as modifying the webalizer paths, in addition to disabling writelogs itself.

Ok, this is done for inclusion in Virtualmin 3.78. You will be able to use the modify-web API command to change the log file location..
