Changing "Default Unix group for domain owners" - NOT HAPPENING

I have changed the "Default Unix group for domain owners" from None to DomainKings (a Group I created via Users & Groups).

> System Settings > Server Templates > Default Settings > Administration User > Default Unix group for domain owners > *enter* DomainKings

Rebooted the server.

Created a new virtual server, sillybean.com

Naturally, sillybean.com is created as a user as well as a group, as part of the server creation process.

Checked > Webmin > System > Users & Groups > sillybean.com user.

Hey, what do you know? sillybean.com's group is not DomainKings! It is still sillybean.com. The seconday group is also not DomainKings!

Is this right?

PS: My purpose is to have all domain owners (but not users subsequently created for each domain) belonging to a secondary group called DomainKings. I am trying to restrict SSH access to users of DomainKings only via >Webmin > Servers > SSH Server > Access Control.
