Backup failed : Missing or invalid absolute local file

I am trying to do my first backup and am getting this message: "Backup failed : Missing or invalid absolute local file."

I tried searching, but I couldn't find any information.

What are you entering for the backup destination? It should be something like /backup/yourdomain.com.tar.gz or /backup
