Good Afternoon All,
I have configured an account within virtualmin as an email only account. I have also configured an alias for all mailboxes to forward to a different email address. What I would expect to have is that when I send an email to the accoun that I have created that the email is delivered to this account however when I send an email to an address that doesnt exist, the email will be forwarded as per my forwarding rules.
This however is not happening.
When I send an email to the account that I created it is being forwarded by the "All Mailboxes" forwarding rule rather than being delivered to the account I created. What this means is that all emails are being forwarded to our support department rather than emails being sent to manager@ being delivered to the managers account and all others then being forwarded to support.

That's odd, as the forwarding should work as you expect - the "All mailboxes" alias should only be used if no other more specific alias or user matches.
If you go to Edit Mail and FTP Users and click on your manager user, in the "Email settings" section does he have "Primary email address enabled" set to "Yes" ?

Hi Jamie,
Yes the Primary email address section is set to Yes.
The "All Mailboxes" alias existed before I create the mailbox so I thought it may have had something to do with a delay in applying the change. How the new mailbox has existed for a few days now yet the emails are still being forwarded to the "All Mailboxes" alias.

I would be interested to see the lines from the /etc/postfix/virtual file for this domain. Could you post here the output from the command :
grep domain.com /etc/postfix/virtual
Replacing domain.com with the domain in question ..
