This has been happening for a while. Virtualmin reports there are package updates. Click on update all packages and updates apply, and message at end leads me to believe there were errors but there were no errors. Update for ntp text follows:

I can understand if this was an update that no packages were installed, only existing packages were updates. But due to the second sentence ("Check the messages above for the cause of the error.") I review the results in detail looking for the error and cannot find it.
Request to either reword the message or redo the end of process error checking process and report no errors when no errors were found.

This is really a bug in Webmin - YUM changed its output format in newer versions, causing Webmin to not detect newly installed packages properly. I will fix this in the next (1.510) Webmin release..
