There's currently no way (via web interface) to update an existing installation if Virtualmin doesn't have the script yet. Perhaps a way to send a notice to your support from the script update page, letting people just send a note that there's a newer version available, etc?

Thanks for the bug report .. normally I get automatically notified of new versions, but in the case of phpBB they changed their download site so my automatic detection failed :-(
I will support version 3.0.6 in the next Virtualmin release.

It's appearing now in my choices, once I did an updates. I'm thinking of trying to set up a cron job to automatically check and update scripts BEFORE the daily email notification to me about things that can be updated. Perhaps something to also do from that page?

Once you set "Download script updates?" to "Yes", a cron job will be automatically created to fetch new versions once per day.
