When in Virtualmin edit a virtual server and change contact email, new e-mail address appears in 'email' line in file /etc/webmin/virtual-server/domains/xxxxx. But 'emailto' line have the old e-mail address.
I must manually edit the file for change this.
I use:
Virtualmin Pro 3.75
Debian 4.0 and 5.0

That emailto= line is automatically generated when a domain is loaded into memory by Virtualmin .. so it might not ever appear to change.
Is this causing any problems, such as incorrect mail delivery?

Ummm, I have thinking that was causing problems receiving messages, due a past problems in a virtual server. But I can not reproduce now.
I can see that "emailto" is the previous e-mail address after editing the "contact email". And delivery e-mails is right.
You can close this ticket, I'm sorry for the mistake.
