After deleting a number of Virtual Servers from the system, an important line was removed from the /etc/postfix/virtual file for an existing Virtual Server... the one that looks like:
example.com example.com
When it happened the first time, it seemed like it could just be a fluke.
However, a few days later, some additional Virtual Servers were deleted, and the same problem occurred.. that same line for the same existing Virtual Server was removed.
All other lines for example.com are in-tact, it's just the above line that's removed -- but that's all it takes for emails to start bouncing ;-)
Is there anything else I can provide to assist in diagnosing what might be causing that?

I actually finally managed to debug this a few days ago, after getting sporadic reports of it from users. It will be fixed in Virtualmin 3.76 ..
One short-term way of avoiding this is to run validation on your domains occasionally, which will detect those missing lines.
