The following happens when running V. 3.74 (and I believe that the bug is introduced in this very version!!!), and opting to use the "Install Scripts" page from the navigation admin-menu:
HTTP/1.0 500 Perl execution failed Server: MiniServ/0.01 Date: Fri, 30 Oct 2009 11:32:37 GMT Content-type: text/html Connection: close Error - Perl execution failed
Undefined subroutine &virtual_server::script_plans-lib_desc called at /usr/local/webmin/virtual-server/scripts-lib.pl line 121.

Yup, indeed it was! :-)
There's a new minor Virtualmin version available that corrects this problem.
However, you can fix it quickly by running this:
