Hi,
we have a license with you and we are trying to move servers. We received a message saying we have 3 server in use. I think this is because we reinstalled the new server as the backup restore did't work properly.
Is there a way to use the license in 2 servers while we move them?

Yes, it's fine to use the license on two servers during a migration. The warning you're getting is showing up probably due to IP or hostname changes on the new (or old) system, but is harmless and will clear on its own in a few days after the hostname and IP settle down.
I have cleared this license in our database, so the errors will go away next time your license is checked.
