Configureable temp backup directory

Hi,

Would it be possible to have an option to set the temporary backup directory? Currently, when a backup is created it causes my root partition to reach 98% capacity, which causes some other services (e.g. MySQL) to get pretty unhappy.

I would like to be able to specify a different directory in which the backup should be created, before it gets send to S3 and subsequently removed from the local machine

I am using 3.73 Pro

Hi Adam -- the backup files go to what's set as Webmin's temp directory.

You can change that in Webmin -> Webmin -> Webmin Configuration -> Advanced -- and change "Temporary files directory" from it's default of using /tmp.
