Home directory is something that the majority of users will never change, and if they do, they'll probably screw something up (they'll think if they make it public_html it'll mean that user is a web content administrator, or some derivation of this fallacy--this has actually come up several times in the forums). DAV and FTP should also be hidden, as it's very rare for someone to want FTP for these accounts. Other User Permissions would be the place for the latter two, and the home directory can go into "Quota and email settings" and maybe change the name to "Home directory and email settings".
