Switching from php-cgi to fcgi back to php-cgi bug

Going from php-cgi to fcgi does this...

Removing limit on maximum PHP script run time -> max_execution_time = 0'

But going back to php-cgi doesn't change the max_execution_time back to the original limit set.

Thanks for pointing this out .. it will be fixed in the next Virtualmin release.
