RFE: Notification on Reseller Account Creation

I recently created a reseller account for the first time and noticed there was no e-mail notification either to the master admin (me) or to the reseller. I did enter their "Contact e-mail address" in the form. They should be notified so they know their login info, password, and other details. There should also be an option to configure the template as a "welcome letter", similar to the ones that exist when new virtual servers and new mailboxes are created.
