Host: howardhosting.biz DNS Reports reports:
WARNING: Your nameservers do not include any corresponding A records when asked for your NS records. They probably are not returning the A records when asked, which can prevent some other DNS servers from contacting your DNS servers. They should do this if they are authoritative for those A records (in BIND, you should not use 'minimal-responses yes;'). The problem record(s) are:
Nameserver 24.92.16.168 did not provide IPs for all NS records (but did provide at least one) Nameserver 24.92.16.168 did not provide IPs for all NS records (but did provide at least one)

To fix this, select howardhosting.biz from the left menu in Virtualmin, and go to Services -> DNS Domain -> Address and add records for ns1 and ns2 with the correct IPs. Then click "Apply Zone"

Already done. I have
24.92.16.168 = Server Public IP address.
ns1.howardhostisng.biz = 24.92.16.168 webhost.howardhosting.biz = 24.92.16.168
Same error.

Looks like none of the nameservers for howardhosting.biz can be reached..
At your registrar, what nameservers do you have set for that domain, and with what IP addresses?
When I query 24.92.16.168 directly with dig, I get the following error :
fudu.home:~ > dig NS howardhosting.biz @24.92.16.168
; <<>> DiG 9.5.1-P1 <<>> NS howardhosting.biz @24.92.16.168
;; global options: printcmd
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached
Make sure port 53 isn't being blocked by any firewall on that system..
