Virtualmin is sending out bandwidth limit notifications for some of our client's domains which is simply unrealistig, because when comparing to AWstats this is only a fraction of it. They cannot be sending mails in those qantities either, so I wonder if this is a bug. Is it possible to see how the bandwidth is calculated from the different services (mail, FTP, HTTP, etc.)?
The following virtual server has exceeded its bandwidth limit :
Domain name: bisal.ch Accounting period: 30 days Bandwidth limit: 10 GB Bandwidth usage: 505.53 GB over the last 30 days
We're on VM 3.72 Pro

There is a known bug in Virtualmin 3.72 that can cause this. However, the 3.73 release (due out in a day or two) will fix this issue. It happens if clients are using POP3 to check their email ..
For a quick work-around, see bug http://www.virtualmin.com/node/11106
