Allow direct copying using dd in &transfer_file_between_servers

This patch allows Cloudmin to dd or scp a file directly between nodes without using the Cloudmin host as an intermediary. Prior, if using an LVM volume, when you moved a VM from one host to another the LVM file would first be dd onto a file on the Cloudmin host and then dd onto the LVM volume on the new host.
