We have a user that reported he only has access to the "webmin" interface (see attached) and can't access "virtualmin". I've compared their domain to other accounts and it seems identical. According to our customer, this just recently started happening.
I've searched the forums and googled, but haven't had any success, hopefully you can help us out.
Thanks,
-Paul

Looks like he switched to the old Webmin theme. The fix is to go to Webmin -> Change Language and Theme, and select the "Virtualmin Framed Theme".

Support, thanks for the suggestion and quick response, but our customer didn't change the themes. But he figured out how to fix it, here's what he did.
(5:23:17 PM) doanius: fixed it (5:23:26 PM) epaul: how'd you fix it? (5:23:54 PM) doanius: just a sec, let me find it (5:25:11 PM) doanius: went into webmin, clicked on Virtualmin Virtual Servers (5:25:52 PM) doanius: select my domain and clicked on Enabled features (5:26:04 PM) doanius: didn't change anything and Save Virtual Server (5:26:19 PM) doanius: and that updated it or reset preferences or something (5:26:25 PM) doanius: but that's what I did (5:26:37 PM) doanius: now I see the upper level menu

Some more info, added my business partner
(5:31:53 PM) DorfLinux: don't forget to mention that I had tried removing the theme manually... it may confuse them otherwise
(5:32:21 PM) DorfLinux: (by modifying /etc/webmin/config)

He may have actually forced the theme back to the correct setting by using the Edit Virtual Servers page..
