When creating a sub-domain as sub-server of the master domain in the "DNS domain" of master domain created subdomain-records with an IP of parent domain. Even if I selected another IP for a sub-domain.

In the parent domain, do you have a custom IP address for DNS records setup? This is set at Edit Virtual Server -> IP address and interfaces -> External IP Address.
By default, this gets copied into sub-servers, but you can change it at the same place in a sub-server after creation.

So did this sub-server have a virtual IP address enabled, such as for use with SSL?
