Form Action on Mail and FTP Users page

This may be a nitpick, but the main form action on the Mail and FTP Users page (list_users.cgi) is "delete_users.cgi". This causes all of the current buttons below the table, including "Modify Selected Users" and "Batch Create Users" to show up as "delete_users.cgi" in the status bar, at least in IE7. This may be alarming for some people.

If possible, I would suggest changing the name of this script to something more generic, like "manage_users.cgi"
