Thanks - I have attached an updated installer to this bug report, for others who want it. This will be included in Virtualmin 3.72.

Now upgrading WordPress to version 2.8.3 in 8 locations ..

Hmm, can you try it again?
When I access that URL from my browser, it does work, I'm wondering it that was just a temporary problem.
