does virtualmin support smarthosting? i have an exchange server i would like to have it send through my virtual server's mail server for my current ip is in a ton of rbl's. My ip where my virt is running is not.

Sure, this is possible. Just go to Webmin -> Servers -> Postfix Mail Server -> SMTP Server Options, and in the "Restrict mail relaying" field enter the IP of your exchange server.
