AWstats reporting : The system's AWstats program at /usr/lib/cgi-bin/awstats.pl is not the same as the domain's copy at /home/xxxx/cgi-bin/awstats.pl. You will need to disable and re-enable the AWstats feature to synchronize them
So I go into console and type:
virtualmin disable-feature --all-domains --virtualmin-awstats
then re-enable them:
virtualmin enable-feature --all-domains --virtualmin-awstats
Validate the servers and same error pops up.

On the same note sites that dont have a home directory such as aliases should NOT be included in the --all-domains because that throws a error as well.....
Updating server present-tipp.ch .. AWstats reporting cannot be enabled for a server without a home directory

It still continues on to the other virtual servers though, right?
Also, is the file at /home/xxxx/cgi-bin/awstats.pl the real full awstats.pl, or just a wrapper script that calls it?

Yes it continues and its the actual awstats.pl and not the wrapper.

Sounds like a bug - assuming you have the latest version of the awstats plugin, it should delete and re-create awstats.pl when you disable and re-enable the feature.
If you like, I can login and take a look?

Turns out this was a bug in the google analytics plugin - it was complaining about PHP compression, which blocked awstats being re-enabled. The complaint is valid, but it shouldn't block other features .. I've fixed this on your system, and will include the fix in the next release.

thanks...
Just wondering do you have any bugs stats per user that have been reported as valid and fixed ? Was wondering what my stats were :)
Also I'll be writing a article about VM and CM for T3N a German magazine next month. Should be published in the Sept. issue. --- http://t3n.yeebase.com/
