Right now if a virtual server is assigned to a network interface, and I want to change it first I have to remove the interface and then I have to create another one. Why not make it possible to just modify the existing interface?

Do you mean changing the virtual server's IP address, when it has a private IP?

Ok, you can do this at Server Configuration -> Change IP Address.

that form doesn't work if the new ip address is already defined on the system ( even if it's not in use by another virtual server ) From the "IP address and interfaces" I can actually tell virtualmin that the address is already active and it will just use it.

That's true, I should fix that. The work-around is to disable that IP if you can, then let Virtualmin re-add it. Assuming this is a virtual IP that is..
