svn config file read-only attribute is "r" and not "ro"

Adding a read-only user makes svn fail to authorize with error:

Failed to load the AuthzSVNAccessFile: The character 'o' in rule 'myusername' is not allowed in authz rules

Also it's not possible in virtuemin to make a svn repository public after creation. You'd need to edit file...

Thanks, I'll fix that in the next release ..and add a button to make anonymous access editable.
