Will the license that I purchased at 50% off be 50% or 100% of the regular price when I need to renew it in 2010?

Renewals have their own prices, independent of the sale, and it is actually less than the 50% off price you paid for the initial license. You can see renewal pricing in the shop right now. No discounts are applied to those prices; since no one will need to renew before the sale ends, the discounts simply don't come into play on renewals.
