Actually this bug is only visible due to the "Switch To Server's Admin" option being clicked...the page splits into thirds, which is also a bit ugly. But then the options in the far left menu are still the same.
So clicking Backup Virtual Server results in:
Options for immediate backup
You are not allowed to perform backups
<- Return to previous page
In a kind of clunky manner.
