Just tried the update and got a listfull of errors and a install failed at the end.
Here's what i got:

Edit: Never mind, a refresh of installable packages solved this one.

Looks like your yum is broken. Possibly memory problems on your system?
Try refreshing package information and trying again.
If that fails, try it from the command line:
yum clean all yum update usermin yum update webmin
If that fails, you can update usermin and webmin using the rpm directly. You can download the RPMs from Webmin.com and Usermin.com, and use "rpm -Uvh webmin-1.480-1.noarch.rpm usermin-1.410-1.noarch.rpm"
There's nothing we can do about yum being broken (and a traceback like this is indicative of a failure in yum; has little to do with the package in question, and nothing to do with Virtualmin).

You might also want to try running :
yum clean all
I saw an error like this once where the YUM cache contained some invalid data..
