System owners

Cloudmin system owners are additional logins who have access to a limit set of
functions and managed systems. These commands allow you to list, create and
manage owner accounts.

• create-owner - Create a new Cloudmin system owner
• create-plan - Creates a new Cloudmin account plan
• delete-owner - Delete an existing Cloudmin system owner
• delete-plan - Deletes an existing Cloudmin account plan
• list-owner-bandwidth - Lists bandwidth use for all systems belonging to some owner over some date range
• list-owners - Lists some or all Cloudmin system owners
• list-plans - Lists some or all Cloudmin account plans
• modify-owner - Updates a Cloudmin system owner
• modify-plan - Updates an existing Cloudmin account plan
