Bandwidth Monitoring doesn't work

I can't get the Bandwidth Monitoring to work. It's enabled, but after 3 days it still shows "No bandwidth usage statistics have been collected yet.".

All the settings are set default except that "FTP server log file" & "Mail server log file" are set to "none" (no ftp or mail server in use).

Apache logging seems to work ok for all of the websites.

Any idea on what could be the problem here?

Thanks!

Clicking on "Refresh system information" seems to help :)

Howdy,

You may want to check that bw.pl is running within root's crontab -- bw.pl is the process that collects bandwidth statistics.

By default, it should run once an hour, and it's normally setup during the install.sh installation process (if you didn't install with the install.sh, that may explain why it's not running ;-) -Eric
