Apache log type default should be 'combined'

An out of the box Virtualmin setup appears to create Apache conf files with 'common' set as the log format. This isn't necessarily a bad default for a simple Apache install, but since Virtualmin bundles AWstats, a default log type of 'combined' would yield distinctly better log reports.

Yes, this is easily changeable after install in the server templates, but it seems like it'd be better to default to the more verbose logs since I'm not sure all users will realize why they aren't getting browser and referrer information in their reports.
