[Solved] Can't submit new topic ?

I have tried submitting a new topic here 4 times and though it says created it is not visible in the forum ?

Ok well obviously one can submit new topics otherwsie this wouldn't have worked.

I have enclosed in the code tag any potential content that might get blocked ? I really need to post the question I want to ask,
