I am unable to run cgi scripts on any of my virtual servers. I actually can run a hello world cgi script but I have a client that is running a simple mailto from and I get these errors

[Thu Jan 15 12:27:02 2009] [error] [client 67.161.249.21] fopen: Permission denied
[Thu Jan 15 12:27:02 2009] [error] [client 67.161.249.21] Premature end of script headers: pricing.cgi
The script runs from a command line.
Any suggestions??
