Add text/content to the main login page

Hi Guys;

This is a feature request -- we'd like to be able to put arbitrary text and other browser-rendered content to the main panel login page for Virtualmin.

This can be done already - you can create a /etc/webmin/custom-lang file containing :

session_prefix=HTML to show above the login form
session_postfix=HTML to show below the login form
