Adding 2nd IP (Error)

Hello, I try to add new IP to my new domain but everything looks fine when i create new virtual server however after creating it when i go to my website i get "403 Forbidden error"

All i did was create a new virtual server and go to Server Configuration + Change IP and add my new private IP.

FYI: i have already done the changes in my registrar

Kindly help me please.

OK fix the error,

Public_html folder was empty :)
