Howdy,
You can disable BIND for one particular domain by going into Edit Virtual Server -> Enabled Features, and disabling the "BIND DNS Domain" feature.
You can disable the BIND service completely by going into Webmin -> Services -> Bootup and Shutdown, and there you can disable the BIND service.

Sorry I don't said what I clearly want. I want that when I disable a Virtual Server, the Bind Service wasn't disable with the xxx.disable.
Under Virtualmin -> System Settings -> Server settings you can configure the "Features to deactivate when disabling".
