Virtualmin taking long to install on recent version.

I've installed Virtualmin many times for years. It's never taking a very long time. It's pretty fast usually. I found this thread http://www.virtualmin.com/node/27311

They aren't dreaming things. It really is taking a long time. I'm using Centos 6.4 x64. Not sure what could be causing it or what it's getting hung on for so long but it's taking a really long time to install.
