[USERMIN-AUTHENTICATION] Broken dependency

The usermin authentication settings default to allowing "local login without password." If you go in there and edit other auth settings, not realizing that this default is broken, your settings-save attempt will fail with "Failed to save authentication : Local authentication requires the lsof program". So: Local auth is enabled in the config by default, but lsof is not on all systems.

Either way, Local auth is a horrible idea. Insecure. Should be removed or disabled.

Yes, that shouldn't be on by default ... and the feature is questionable. Will fix.
