Howdy,

If you wish to host websites for 3 domains, what you could do is create one Virtual Server, and two Sub-Servers.

So site1.com would be the top-level Virtual Server, and site2.com and site3.com would each be underneath that.

You can create a Sub-Server by clicking Create Virtual Server -> Sub-Server.

"Virtual server" does not equal "domain" in the classical sense. Virtual server is more like an "administrative unit". It is assigned a domain name, but sub-servers don't need to have a sub-domain of its parent server. Sub-servers share the administrative user and group with their parent, and are put in a subdirectory of the parent's home.
