Hi,
Kind of new to virtualmin and servers in general.
I have Ubunut linux 10.04 running virtualmin. I have successfully setup a virtual server that is running wordpress multisite. I have setup a wildcard subdomain, so new sites on the wordpress install can be autmatically created on new subdomains. I also have domain mapping setup in my wordpress install, so theses subdomains can be mapped to a top level domain.
My question is, when I try to set up a new virtual server, my mapped domains on the existing virtual server get rerouted to the new virtual server.
I am not educated enough in this stuff to even know where to look next or why this might be happening.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Ok. There is a spot under server configuration > website options that says "Default website for IP address?". The new virtual server was becoming the default in place of the original virtual server. Once I switched default back to the original virtual server, everything was fixed.
Great, I'm glad you got that working, thanks for letting us know how you fixed it!
