Usermin Inbox - IMAP claiming error to login as pop3?

Hi Guys,

One of my staff is having an issue when checking his Usermin email. Attached is the error and the IMAP status of the inbox folder.

Any assistance on this is greatly appreciated.

Howdy -- if your user clicks the "Logout" button, then logs back in -- does that resolve the problem you're seeing there?

Unfortunately no...


In that email user's home directory, there's a file in .usermin/mailbox/inbox.imap.

If you delete that file, and then re-login, it should resolve the issues you're seeing.
