hi, i have a virtual server created as www.example.com. i have created an new virtual server www.example2.com as "Alias of www.example.com". the goal is to be able to have both URL point to the same web content.
so, when i point a browser to www.example.com and www.example2.com the same site shows up. this is what i want.
the problem is, when i browse www.example2.com the URL switches to www.example.com
I want the URL in the browser to stay www.example2.com when visiting www.example2.com

I solved this issue. Virtualmin has nothing to do with this - it does not rewrite the URL. In my case the application was rewriting the URL. I have fixed the application and now the URL behavior is correct.
