We update our server to 10.4.1 Ubuntu distro. But received that message on the top of the "System Information" screen in a big yellow box.
i think it's caused by a small bug there.

No, I think that is expected .. Webmin / Virtualmin has its own record of which OS it is running on, but if that changes you will see that message. The fix is simply to click on the "Updated Detected OS" button.

Ok, it worked well.
There are some misunderstanding in the button text then "Update Detected Operating System" That's mean for me, webmin want make a distro upgrade on the server, and i was never brave enough to push that button. So maybe you can change the text of the button. thanks anyway Lawrence

Perhaps I should change the text on that button then .. it will not actually update your OS, just let Webmin know about the new OS version.
