I don't know what I did but now all non-ssl web sites are offline.
ie: http//:www.controlpanel1.net http://www.familymatters.me http://www.respectfullyyours.biz
When using https I get
"The security certificate presented by this website was not issued by a trusted certificate authority."
"The security certificate presented by this website was issued for a different website's address."

So, what is the problem you're seeing currently?
When I look at the first two domains above, they appear to work, it's just that the SSL connection produces a warning, which we'd expect with a self-signed cert.
The third domain doesn't seem to work, is that spelled correctly? (respectfullyyours.biz)

Got is fixed, somewhat. I turned on SSL for one of the domains for port 80 under webmin/servers. At that point the server refused to accept ALL non secure connections because port 80 is not used for https.
I turned off SSL (port 80) now all web sites are back.
