Joomla 1.12 Installs Joomla 1.11

I upgraded to 3.32, and the installer script for Joomla 1.12 downloads the wrong file from the joomla.org server. It downloads and installs the 1.11 file. You can see this in the readout from the script as it runs (it requests the wrong file), and you can verify this in the control panel after it's installed.
