proftpd.conf is in /etc, not /etc/proftpd on Debian/Ubuntu

Hey Jamie,

The config-debian-linux-3.1-* should have:

proftpd_conf=/etc/proftpd.conf

Rather than /etc/proftpd/proftpd.conf. This is true on both Debian 3.1 and Ubuntu 6.06.
