Hello Maybe this info will be useful for some one ... If you're getting errors when trying to update Webmin / Virtualmin to the latest version from Webmin interface ... In my case the problem was caused by sophos antivirus (if some one use it on Linux Servers). After deactivating the on-demand scan with
systemctl stop sav-protect.servicemake update then activate sophos again
systemctl start sav-protect.serviceI had no problems.
The Errors looks like this: Preparing to unpack .../00-usermin_1.802_all.deb ...
