Display CPU, Real Memory, Virtual Memory and Local Disk Space graphs for Webmin users

The root user can see nice graphs for Display CPU, Real Memory, Virtual Memory and Local Disk Space on System Information page. But it is really not clear why we are hiding this beauty of Webmin from regular Webmin users? Can you please enable those graphs for Webmin users?

By "regular Webmin users", do you mean Virtualmin domain owners? Or Webmin logins other than root which have been created outside of Virtualmin?

In my case a regular Virtulamin domain owner logs in and can't see the nice graphs that root user sees.

I suppose I could make that optionally available. Interstingly, the feedback from other customers is that they DON'T want domain owners to see the RAM / disk / CPU capacity of the system so prominently!

Those graphs makes Virtualmin look nice, so if someone doesn't want then they could disable, but generally if stats are available why not to show them to end-users?!

I'll add an option for this, as there isn't a single mode that will satisfy all users.

So it turns out that there IS a setting for this already, at System Settings -> Virtualmin Configuration -> User Interface -> Show system information on main page? , but it isn't properly respected. I'll fix this in the next Virtualmin release.

I enabled the option "Show system information on main page" but when accessing as the domain owner, the RAM / disk / CPU usage doesn't show.

Using Wemin version 1.881 and Virtualmin version 6.03 on an Ubuntu 16.04

I'll fix this in the next Virtualmin release.

Jamie, you told that back in 2016. After two years of silent waiting I had to bump this. So sad simple things wait for years to get fixed...

Ilia, does the authentic theme respect this option to show CPU and RAM information to domain owners?

Not only written information, please. The initial request was about displaying those beautiful graphs to the end-users.

Probably Ilia does not see this issue on his tracker, so I am moving the issue to Authentic Theme project.

Okay, added. Besides, finally done Dashboard optimisations. Dashboard now will use WebminCore properly to display data. Speed should be improved as well.

You will need to update both Webmin and theme theme to make it work. After it's done, let system to be recollected/updated at least once to make it work as designed.

Give it a try please and enjoy!

After the Webmin update fix reported on https://www.virtualmin.com/comment/804282#comment-804282, I've tested this and find it so cool! Finally our end-users can see nice graphs which were there for quite long time just for master admins. Thank you very much, Ilia!

Well, in fact it should be marked as Fixed (pending), because the solution is only on the latest git versions for both Webmin and Authentic Theme for now.
