Ok so i have just installed updates for webmin/virtualmin and clicked on the reboot command that comes up on screen below updates box.
the main screen is now displaying "Module index" Reboot" "rebooting with command reboot .. "
and thats where is hangs...i see nothing more happening however this essentially blank main window with above text remains.
Has the server actually rebooted? (i am assuming not because the "packages update" window still says updates are available) When i click on the refresh arrows next to my log off command it takes me straight back to the Reboot window on main screen where it was before. This command must be wrong for ubuntu?
AJECreative is the home of $5 webhosting, $15/month VPS servers (1cpu,1gb RAM, 25GB storage)
Centos7, Debian9, or Ubuntu18LTS
Available Control Panels = Centos-Webpanel, Cyberpanel, or Virtualmin
For me, there is generally no change in the GUI when using the reboot option. My server seems to reboot fairly quickly (within several seconds) and the best way to check that it actually rebooted would be to see if the "System uptime" on the "System Information" page is very low (less than a minute).
